Today’s episode has been a long time coming — nearly two years, to be exact. For the past few years, I’ve been living with chronic pain while continuing to navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, and the realities of menopause, all while learning just how important it is to advocate for yourself and your health.
Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, I wanted to be especially open and honest about what my daily reality has looked like behind the scenes. I’ve always believed in sharing both the highs and the hard moments, and in this episode I talk candidly about mental health, menopause, chronic illness, and how I’m coping through it all with lifestyle changes, supplements, nourishing foods, and prioritizing my overall well-being.
Earlier this week, I shared my recent diagnoses of Stage 1 Lipedema and Stage 2 Lymphedema. In this episode, I open up about what that journey has looked like for me, the physical and emotional impact it’s had, and why getting answers matters.
