I have always been very vocal about mental health. I believe that now during this holiday season which should be a little bit more mindful energy into ourselves and others. By that I mean pay attention to how you and the others around you are acting and feeling. A gratitude practice is great, but today I started a positive practice.

Tune in to hear how you can create your own and why if the person behind you in the check out line is huffing and puffing you should just let them go ahead of you. If the person driving behind, you are on your tail move over and just let them go. They may be battling something and that little gesture could really make their day. A smile, the holding of a door. Just the smallest little things make such a difference.

You never know what anyone is going through behind closed doors so let’s just bring more kindness and positivity into this holiday season. I think we all could use it…
