I must be completely honest with you. I didn’t answer this email right away because I didn’t know if I was ready for it. I haven’t been able to share my story yet without the anger or tears. And this was video, so I had to bring my “A” game!
Well, I faced my fears and
recorded the video interview. We even laughed a bit, so I am so glad I did it!
This was the first time I spoke about being misdiagnosed without crying.
At the end of the day it’s
not about me. It’s about helping other patients out there who are still
fighting. I need to continue to share my story so that I can help others.
